It's as simple as 1-2-3!

Engrave your Wine or Champagne Bottle with your Name, message or recipients name.

Provide the name or message you want engraved and we'll do the rest.

• First visit our Wine & Champagne Selection and purchase a bottle or two and write down your order number from your receipt.
• Please fill out personalization form "completely", sign and send back by email.
• Please Note: Personalized orders, with incomplete forms will not be processed.
  It is your responsibility to fill out the form completely and accurately.

Some special offers may "include" personalization in the price, and it will be clearly indicated on the description.
Please note: If "personalization" is not indicated as being part of the special offer price, then personalization charge is additional. Personalization form must be completely filled out.

One or Two line message with "standard fonts" as shown below in "font selection": $24.95 Max 18 - 20 characters, including spacing per line.

There is no set up charge if you do not require a proof.
If proof is required for logo or message, there is an additional charge of $17.95 per proof, and will be charged to your account.

Important Notes:
Color on letter or logo engraving will be a complementing Silver or Gold.
You must still fill our and submit the personalization form.
Please note that personalization is an art and there may be "slight" irregularities.
For delivery, please allow 10 - 14 business days or call to request earlier delivery.
Dancing Deer Cellars will not contact customer for incomplete forms.
Once order is processed no cancellation or refunds are allowed.
