Shipping Policy

By ordering I understand that Members will receive Club Series as described in Series detail which I have selected, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older, and that verification of age is required at time of purchase.

Each shipment will be priced at 10% off the retail price of the wine.

Please note that "price range" reflects difference in wine cost from month to month. Please refer to shipping chart for rates on Wine shipments. Applicable state tax and shipping charges are additional.

Member or purchasers credit card on file will automatically be charged and wines will automatically be shipped to the address on file unless I contact Dancing Deer Cellars ten days prior to the start of the club shipment month to make alternate arrangements. By completing and submitting this form, I certify that I am 21 years of age or older and I give permission for Dancing Deer Cellars to charge my credit card for each shipment at the time of shipping.

We strongly recommend the use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your shipment. Signature is required at time of delivery and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances - the order may be held in storage by the shipper until appropriate identification is produced - or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be charged to the customer.

Once we reach membership capacity, potential applicants will be notified that they have been added to our waiting list, and as soon as openings are available applicants will be personally contacted.

Dancing Deer Cellars offers international shipping.

Please check with us to see if we can ship to the destination country. We strongly advise that you check with local shipping officials regarding any such taxes or tariffs, as we do not regulate nor have knowledge of any applicable taxes or tariffs that may be added by the destination country. We will ship, at your request, but cannot accept shipments back if said taxes or tariffs raise the ultimate cost of the shipment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for estimated shipping rates (actual costs are not known until the packaged goods are weighed and we receive an actual quote from the service provider).

Note: If using a credit card for international shipments, we need the phone number of the issuing bank to verify purchases. We also can accept wire transfers. Please contact us for more information.
