How many wines will I receive per shipment?

For members of the Elk or Stag Series, you will receive 2 bottles of wine per shipment.

For the Caribou Series you will receive 2-3 bottles of wine per shipment.


Do I have a choice of Red or White Wine?

Yes, absolutely. You may select either all Reds, all Whites or a combination of Red & White.


May I reorder wine from a past selection?

YES! You may reorder wines from past selections and enjoy up to a 20% discount.

Since many of the wines are limited production or highly allocated wines, please call us to place your order with as much lead time as possible, so we can do everything possible to secure the wines for you.


How does your Gift Program work?

A Wine Club membership is the ideal gift for friends, family & business associates

Dancing Deer Cellars offers elegant bottle etching with your name, logo or special message and, we can drop ship both nationally and internationally.


May I have any of the bottles, which I receive for my club shipment, personalized?

Yes, of course.

If you are a Charter Member, you may have 1 bottle of each shipment personalized complimentary. However, any Club Member may have their bottles etched at a discount of 50% for the engraving.


May I cancel anytime or is there a penalty?

You may absolutely cancel at anytime - for no reason.

There are no cancellation fees.


What makes these smaller wineries so special?

Because of our relationships with elite vintners throughout the world, we can bring you wines from boutique wineries - often not available anywhere else.

Dancing Deer Cellars members will never receive closeouts or private label wines.


When can I expect my shipment?

Shipments are sent monthly, quarterly & 6 times per year, depending on the shipment you select.

For monthly & quarterly programs, we ship close to the 1st and 15th of the month, depending on your sign up date.

6 times per year program shipments are sent in February, April, June, October, November & December. Dates are subject to change.


Do you offer special Club Member or corporate discounts?

We certainly do.

As a member you will automatically receive a 10% discount on all of your club shipments. This is already reflected in the club series price

If you like a special wine and would like to order a case, you will receive a 15%-20% discount on that case.

Charter Members may select to receive 1 bottle per shipment engraved - with our compliments. However, for our records, you must notify us in writing.

Elk, Stag & Caribou Members will receive a 20% discount on engraving per bottle.
